About Us
Following in the foot steps of the late Doreen Braverman who founded The Flag Shop in 1975, the first specialty shop of its kind. The Flag Shop Winnipeg opened its doors on Pembina Highway in 1995. Followed by The Flag Shop Saskatoon on 33rd St. W in 1999. The independently owned shops have grown to be leading retailers in Canada for flags and banners.
Our Winnipeg Store moved to its current location at 734 Osborne Street in the spring of 2024. While flags are at our core, producing many right in store, we offer an expansive range of products including flagpoles, hardware, banners, and other marketing and promotional products.
