There is no “standard size” of flag but there are some common sizes. The Canadian flag is meant to be displayed in a 1:2 ratio so 36”x72” (90cmx180cm) is a common size, or 27”x54” (65cmx135cm) is popular size for residential pole kits. Other flags may have different dimensions. We sell flags in sizes larger and smaller to accommodate many uses!

Basic installation steps:

• Dig the hole: 28” deep and 14” in diameter (similar to a standard fence post hole).
• Add drainage: Place 4” of pea gravel (or similar clean aggregate) in the bottom of the hole.
• Set the sleeve: Position the ground sleeve and secure it using approximately 240 lbs of concrete.

Note: These mounts are not designed for use with the ABS ground sleeve or mounting bolt included with your Titan telescoping flagpole. Using these components together may prevent the flagpole from seating properly in the mount and could result in damage to the mount, the flagpole, surrounding property, or personal injury.
