Building upon the traditional six-stripe rainbow flag, the Intersex-Inclusive Pride Flag incorporates a chevron on the hoist (left) side, which includes a triangle with the light blue, pink, and white stripes of the Transgender Pride Flag, and a yellow circle and purple stripe for the Intersex Pride Flag.

The additional colours and their meanings are:

The chevron shape on the left points to the right, symbolizing forward movement and progress, while the placement along the hoist edge indicates that progress still needs to be made.
