At The Flag Shop, we’re committed to getting your order to you, no matter where you are in the world! Please take a moment to review our shipping policies:

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $149 in Canada, excluding oversized or large items.  Remote areas may also be excluded.

Lettermail (Canada Post): Please note that Lettermail is a non-tracked service offered by Canada Post. While it’s an economical option, there is no way to monitor its progress once shipped. As a result, The Flag Shop does not offer insurance for orders shipped by Lettermail.

Worldwide Shipping: Yes, The Flag Shop ships worldwide! We’re proud to serve customers globally.

Lost or Damaged Parcels: Once packages leave our facility, they are in the hands of the carrier. Therefore, we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels by carriers.

Insurance: For cost-efficiency, packages are shipped without insurance. If you wish to add insurance to your order, it would be an additional cost at your responsibility. Since we cannot quote this directly on our website, we would need to contact you for an additional payment to cover the insurance premium.

We also offer in-store pick up. Once you place your order, the store will let you know when it’s ready for you to collect.
